Chrislyn is a Malaysian creative based between London and Wales. Her impressive portfolio features collaborations with Vans Malaysia, Museums Gallery Scotland, and the BBC World Service (Africa desk). She now works with a VC-backed fintech startup as its Chief of Staff, contributing to its GTM strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations.
She has a breadth of experience with project management, ideation and delivery across various industries. While completing her master of laws at the University of Glasgow, she worked on a VR implementation project for cultural heritage institutions led by Dr Alena Kostyk at the Adam Smith Business School and independently produced a video series on sustainability for the university's external relations directorate. She has also completed work with Kelvingrove Museum on their upcoming "Museum of Empire" exhibition as a Design Researcher and has had her photography featured in Coal Drops Yard as part of the Nature Nurtures exhibition (on display until 4th September 2023).
Her latest creative project, "Beauty Queens Eat Red Onions", is a visual exploration of verbal wisdom and beauty rituals in the South Asian context and will be on display at Trongate 103 and the Gallery of Modern Art in September 2023.
